Fun at School...

Cana has really been excited about school.  The first week she cried and now I really think she loves going to school.  On Friday, she was chosen to take the class monkey, George, home.  We had to write about all the things George did while he was with us. 

He went to Nana and Poppie's house and played in the swing...

He went to Depot Days with Chad, Cana, Colton, Poppie, and me...Nana had to work on Depot Days this year :-(  I really enjoy Depot Days and it seemed to be an even bigger event this year than past years. 

He got to eat a funnel cake...

and he went to church...

He also went to Blake's birthday party Sunday night but we didn't have a picture of him there.

Also, Cana's class was #1 in magazine sales for her school.  The Kindergarten teachers promised that if they came in first place, they would have a popcorn/movie party and get to pie their teacher in the face!  This is all Cana has been talking about for a while.  She was so excited about putting a pie in Mrs. Nave's face!

When it came down to the nitty gritty Cana ended up just barely placing the plate on her teacher's face.  She just loves both of her teachers that I think she thought it would hurt their feelings.
