Yesterday, all day, was Cana's day. She got to choose whatever she wanted to do. Chad took off a half-day to go too. First she opened a present...Some princess shoes that she had been wanting. Mylie was another present, but we didn't wrap her...we figured she had been tortured enough!
Then she wanted pizza. We were heading to Huntsville so we ate at Pizza Inn and she loved it!
Next, we were off to the mall. Cana has been wanting to get her ears pierced so we went to Claire's. We waited for another lady to get there so they could do them both at the same time. She did great! They pierced them and then about 3 seconds later she started quietly crying. She got over it in about 2 minutes. I was so proud...she was so brave!
Then she wanted to go bowling. We play Wii bowling all the time and she wanted to see what real bowling was like. She did great!
Colton was so competitive. His ball would take about 5 minutes to get down the lane. One time it even stopped completely!

About the 7th frame a guy came by and mentioned we could get a ramp for the kids...where was he about 7 frames ago...

Pierced Ears!
Then we met Mimi and Grandaa at Logan's to eat supper. They did the Logan's Yee-Haw and she pretended to not notice them.
We had a great day with our 5 year old!

Looks like she had a wonderful day! And yes, we were at Madison Square Claire's but I guess we got there so close to closing time there was only one gal available to pierce. Oh well...she survived anyway! Now me & you will have to be buying our gals cute earrings all the time. :)
